If you need help now
You deserve support, and you do not have to get through this alone. There are people ready to help you right now.
This website is not a crisis service, and neither the Kensora Institute nor the Kensora app is an emergency service. If you or someone you know may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number right away.
If you would like a trained person to talk to, a crisis line can help. They are free, they are confidential, and the people who answer are there to listen. You can find a verified, up-to-date list of crisis resources here: Crisis resources at kensora.io/safety →
You are not a burden
Reaching out is a strength, not a weakness. Hard moments feel like they will last forever, but they do move and change, and they can pass. You do not have to have the right words. Simply telling someone that things are hard can be enough to start.
The people on the other end of a crisis line, and the people who care about you, want to hear from you. You matter, and it is okay to ask for help.
Why the Institute exists
Part of the Institute's open work is keeping verified crisis-resource directories free and current, so that help is easier to find for anyone who needs it. We believe knowing where to turn should never depend on who you are or what you can pay.
